Talking Pregnancy Test & X-ray- Magic Bullet for Prostitution Sting!!

§ 43-3-6 “Person” defined. – The word “person” extends to and includes co-partnerships and bodies corporate and politic. -Rhode Island Statutes 43-3-6

I just realized that a pregnancy test or X-rays to show you are not pregnant or have body politics and corporate inside of you are the magic bullets to prostitution stings and court cases. If you are not pregnant or have body politics and corporate inside of you, then you are not a person in the statutes. A person is someone who is pregnant with infants or contains body politics and corporate. I think it is a good idea to keep the pregnancy test results and X-rays with you when you are escorting or seeking escort services. If you got caught up the prostitution sting, you can show the cops the evidence that you are not a person in statute.

“7. “Person” means a human being, and where appropriate, a public or private corporation, an unincorporated association, a partnership, a government or a governmental instrumentality.”- New York Penal Code Part 1 Title A Article 10 Section 10

Arizona, New York, and Alabama define a person as a human being and where appropriate, an entity. That means you must be pregnant to be a human being in 1 USC 8 and you must have one of the entity inside of you which can be a government instrument, corporation, etc. The words “where appropriate” means “in or at possessing.” So it means the person is a human being and in or at possessing one of the entities mentioned. It means the entity mentioned is inside the human being.

All the states are part of the United States after the Civil War and they are no longer sovereign. So the Federal Definition of human being, and individual will apply.

In some of the statutes, it says that a person includes a corporation or body politics and corporate. You can use the same X-ray to show that you don’t have politicians (body politics) or a board of directors (corporation) inside you. So it is a good idea to get an X-ray and pregnancy test to show the cops and the courts that you are not a person. If you are not a person, the statutes don’t apply to you. Some states uses the word “individual” or “human being” in the statutes. The human being or individual is defined by 1 USC 8.

In Church of Scientology vs. US Department of Justice 612 F.2d 417, 425 (1979) the court ruled that the human being is excluded from the person. The massive abortion debate in the 1990s was orchestrated by secret societies to let the society know about the changes in the law and give you the hint how to get out of all your legal troubles. The answer to disprove that you are not a person is a pregnancy test, X-Ray, or ultrasound. If you are a man, you want to get an X-ray to show you are not pregnant. If you don’t bring up the fact that you are not pregnant, then you committed fraud by admitting to be the person when you are not. A person in statute is pregnant. If you are not a pregnant, you are not a person and the statute doesn’t apply to you. You can walk away at anytime from a court case based on the fact that you are not pregnant.

The word “include” is used to define components in a package. My car includes new brakes and battery. This is an example sentence of the usage of the word “include.” The word “include” can be expansive because my car contains other components are not mentioned. Everything mentioned after include must be there or else it is a false sentence. If your travel agent told you the travel package has two night stay in a hotel near Disney World and the clerk said it doesn’t contains it, the travel agent gave a false statement.

What about the words “extend”? It is also mean a package in extension. So if the doctor cannot prove you have a body politics and corporate inside of you and your body doesn’t have the body politics and corporate, then you are not a person.

1 USC 1 state that a person contains entities and individuals. So the 1 USC 1 person is pregnant. If you see the words individual, human being, or natural person in state statutes, only a pregnant man or woman can be a person. If you are not pregnant, you are not a person.

“(a) In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the words “person”, “human being”, “child”, and “individual”, shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development.”- 1 USC 8

“(7) “Person” includes a human being from the moment of fertilization and implantation and also includes a body of persons, whether incorporated or not.”-Louisiana Revised Statutes 14:2

“(B)(1)(a) Subject to division (B)(2) of this section, as used in any section contained in Title XXIX of the Revised Code that sets forth a criminal offense, “person” includes all of the following:
(i) An individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association;
(ii) An unborn human who is viable.
(b) As used in any section contained in Title XXIX of the Revised Code that does not set forth a criminal offense, “person” includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association”- Ohio Revised Statutes Title 29 Section 2901.1
