Ok Richard, check out with a doc and switch over to the C pill if he can give you the daily dosage and you might lose the headaches, if you need the pill at all anyway. Relax yourself, go to bed early by 10pm latest, don't eat anything after 6pm, drink a whole bottle of water when you get up in AM before you go out, and plenty during the day. Make time to take Dick for a long walk before you have to go anywhere. If you have time to travel, do it. If not try taking different routes to places you have to go and break up the monotony. Get out of the rut. As you see new sights you may see new places you might try. I'm guessing you don't have to go to work, but in any case have a routine, but vary it. I'll give ya 3-4 months, if ya get rested better at night and all the walking and plenty of water, if you start feeling better you'll be enjoying yourself more and Dick will find somewhere to hang out or else he'll gradually come to his senses and you may find some new places to take him and you'll forget all about quitting, although you got our attention today. Richard I hear you. I'm 66 and have been mongering for around 12 years. I'm starting to slow up now and no matter where you go, at the end its all the same.
