I think it's another AMP posting fake ads for their competition to make people NOT want to go there. The place at the address on this fake ad actually has pretty hot girls so yeah, I think their competition put this up as a joke.

Oh, too bad. I thought we were seeing 'truth in advertising' at last. Honestly, those pics are pretty accurate representations of 80% of the AMPs I've been to.
